Woke up this morning with no internet thankfully the brilliant support of Zen internet provided in seconds (an automated message as you phone the hotline) that the most probable cause is the latest Microsoft update.

ZoneAlarm has published a list of recommended workarounds to dealing for the glitch here.

all i gotta do now is wait till i get home and try to fix this :smiley:

I bleedin hate zonealarm.Tried it years ago - never again.

Jools has it on her PC and it ruins performance - She doesn’t even need it cos we got a hardware firewall.

There is a known problem regaurding this zone alarm have since also released an update.
