LB was down for over 24 hours yesterday and came back online at roughly 1.15am this morning. This was due to the server that the site is hosting on, being under too much stress for the site to run comfortably. Changes have been made to both the site and the server to ensure it stays up. Further optimisations will happen shortly that should speed up the site as well.
In the future this won’t be a risk as dedicated hosting will be arranged, but the cost of this prohibits it until a certain point in time when the site is able to sustain itself through activities such as unobtrusive advertising/sponsorship.
My apologies for this downtime, as you might be able to imagine, I was pulling my hair out!
