Love it!! … would look great on the back of my bike! lol

Check the Pimlico Plumbers vans’ numberplates! When I see their van I always try to see what the registration is. Sad, aren’t I?

http://www.pimlicoplumbers.com/ Go to ‘Vans’ and there’s a scrolling bar that shows their numberplates.

some people need to get out a lot more than they are doing …or at least increase the medication…or maybe they should have a responsible adult standing nearby…

I saw a while ago a Black Ferrari with smoked windows going quite fast at Gower Street and the number plate was WH0 1S (here I don’t know if it was WH0 15) . That scene is still in my mind! I wonder how much would cost it??

there was a ferrari in stanhope gate with the reg number 4 …

We saw a Ferrari Marinello (or whatever they’re called) with the plate FURIOUS down by Tottenham Court Road last year, unfortunately it had a big yellow clamp on the wheel and a notice of removal on the window.

I seem to find myself reading plates all the time on vehicles i see, just to see if they could be made into something, and i once saw a 7.5 ton lorry with R11OVEU on it, but i was on foot and couldn’t ask if he wanted to sell it It was the original plate not a private one, shame.

And as for the Pimlico vans i always look at the plates too, and i think it’s a bloody genious idea, makes you remeber who they are and that can’t be bad for business.

There’s a woman who drives a Merc (IIRC) in Chelsea with “FU 2” plate. I want to get V3SPA (for my Ducati, obviously…) but it’s already owned by somebody and it cost them £2,500 a couple of years ago.

It could be Pete Townshend, he has a few supercars, another Who member, or a rich nerd, WHOIS is a lookup service for domain owners . . . but as it is not a funny/standout plate or common initials, it might not be that expensive, say just £10K

Steve Parrish has PEN15, used to see it on his Roller, amazed that DVLA let that loose

Nice looking bird, possibly a professional lady, had 1 0RAL on a Quattro a while ago, but my fave was a black ferrari Maranello with 666 D - Satantastic

I always wanted R4 CER but its gone gone gone. Trying to find a plate for my Husaberg and came up with HU54 BEG but its too specific to the bike to spend £500. Needs to be something transferable. Cris Eubank has 1KO which is pretty good especially on his enourmous Peterbilt truck.

I too have seen single digital plates, or at least one. I can’t remember which one, though four does sound familiar, hrm. I’m not sure a personalised numberplate is always such a good idea; our good friend (and todays birthday boy), Pete, has one on his R1 and some complete arse, thought it would be a good idea to use that on his own bike and went around riding through all the speed cameras in N/E London. It caused him a lot of trouble, not something you’d expect another biker to put another one through.
