Anyone up for meeting up for a beer and some grub? There is parking at the front of the pub and rear if its full up loads of side roads to park on
might be able to make it mate, depends on work - lots happenin at the moment

erm it is a meet meeting at a pub for a beer and food and chat about each others bikes and etc so if im wrong please educate me on what a meet is or give me an example of a meet ?
i will tell you why because its favoritism or some people like being dogs and having their tongues far up peoples asses . But if i organise a bike meet for LBers at a pub its frowned upon but yet its ok for other LBers making posts to meet up at tea hut ( yeah thats a real wicked biking event) and etc, lol people on here crack me up hypocrites crack me up keep the good work up hypocrites

because watford area is much better than harrow as harrow is full of lil boys who think they are gangsters from USA and plus there is no decent places to meet up in harrow area .

sorry but i organise a bike pub meet and i get slated but yet some of you go to a little hut on a road side for a meet and thats approved or go thorpe park which aint even a bike meet is approved but i organise a pub meet for LBers to get together and i get gunned at all i can say F the lot of ya you all are too clicky and majority of you all are bunch of hypocrites one rule for another and another set of rules of the other.
Quite right Kishan…you stick to your guns. That Rob fellow is a right one - never rides anywhere unless it’s 3000 mile round trip. Plus when you get there, all the food is foreign, they drive on the wrong side of the road, even the beer tastes different, no Carling or Carlsberg or anything.
Then you have that Joby character - he lives in Kensington and has breakfast in a cafe - probably eats croissants too. Need I say more

Claire throws her VFR400 around Brands faster than many folks on Litre bikes, and Jaime goes out of his way to meet newbies and bring them into the spirit of LB. Joby leads rideouts the Jetstreams would be proud of, and presents as the yellow power ranger. They’ve earned a little leeway.
Seems to me that if all you want to do is ride your scooter 15 miles to the pub, perhaps a biking forum isn’t for you. Have you tried twist’n’go?
Well with that condescending post you’ve just confirmed Kishan’s argument regarding some on here trying to turn LB into some sort of elite cliquey club.
The idea of LB in the first place was cater for ALL PTW users be they on mopeds or Busas, 50K a year long distance tourers or folk that just want a scooter as a cheap & easy way to run around London & that for me is what’s made it the fairly unique place it is today, the general lack of anyone looking down their noses at what they perceive as ‘lesser’ riders.
So what if Kishan wants to see if anyone fancies a chat about bikes (or for that matter anything else) in a pub garden in Watford rather than the Ace/BHTH/BM? This is an open forum & he has as much right as anyone else to organise a meet, to the best of my knowledge there’s no requirement to have to be able to lap Brands under a specified time to do so. If you don’t want to go then don’t, but there’s no need to have a cheap pop at him like he’s some cheeky upstart that doesn’t know his place.
