quite nice, kinda like sweet chilli but pretty runny so leavs your sub soggy. unless you’ve had it toasted of course.

Do you guys recommend subway? I’ve never gone in because the pics of the food in the window make everything look dayglo/radioactive! 
Italian BMT is the only way to go in Subway. My friends and I asked the ‘sandwich artist’ preparing ours the other day what the acronym BMT actually stands for. They didn’t know and neither did the manager. A short internet search later revealed that it stands for Biggest, Meatiest, Tastiest. It was based upon the Brooklyn to Manhattan trainline acronym which ties in with the Subway theme! So there you go.
By the way, the Chipotle Southwestern sauce works well on the BMT too.
Sid Throttle, I wouldn’t say I recommend Subway, the food is all dayglo and there is more sugar in their bread than a mars bar. However, as a treat once a week it can’t be beat. It does have salad in it after all.
I only go to my local one cos my mate works there so i either get freebies or “very” cheap subs:D but they are nice and no way to honey mustard…bar-b-q sauce all the way:P
