hi all, just a heads up, I’ve ordered a refurbished Rider1 from an ebay shop in the states. full western europe maps. £100, £30 for postage, possibly £30 for import tax if they catch it. I’ll update you all with a link if this works out, keep your eyes open for it.

£160 for a refurb Rider1 that seems expensive to me.
Results are in! it arrive with all the power adapters, no mounting plates etc though so they’re extra.
maps on a micro-SD card in a SD adapter wouldn’t work. copied contents of card to a proper SD card and it booted up fine. Full western and eastern europe maps 
oh yeah, and the serial number has been rubbed off the back so doesn’t look too legit
