Pretend Police Biker

Out today between Dunstable and Aylesbury for a spot of lunch . . . come to a T junction (right hand bend to the right), nothing coming, pull out left and accelerate to about 40ish in a 60 nsl which is pretty twisty, appraching first bend and see a fast approaching bike behind me, I continue and bike tries slowing but was going too fast to slow properly so squezes past me in my lane . . . probably still doing +20 more than me.

What anoyed me wasn’t that the biker rode like a kn0b, too fast for the road and the bend he’d just come round (wasn’t able to slow down or stop) and the approaching bend but that he had what looked like a Pan European . . . dressed up to look like a police bike but without any of the police equipment or wording and he was wearing a bib with what looked like ‘Think Bike’ on the back !

If you’re reading this chap, you are a first class c0ck and deserve a trip through a hedge, might remind you that it’s not pleasant coming off before you cannon into somebody else causing them to come off.

I suggest you change your bib to read “I’m a bike knob” too because you’re not doing any of us a favour with your retard riding and pretend plod fluorescent garb.

Ha well there never seems to be a shortage of people who appear to be cop-wannabies it’s true and equally very sad. Riding about on white Pan’s and covered in reflective tape, I dunno, mebbe they failed the test but can’t move on.

Mind Steve, I find your tagline rather ironic considering the tone of your post.

Hey I need one of those!:w00t:

Could he be prosecuted for impersonating a policeman? :hehe:

We all make mistakes!

Sorry,

I meant - hope he see’s the tarmac soon… sounds like a knobber to me!

Haven’t seen him for about a year but there used to be a guy who rode into town on the A4 on a white pan with flouro markings all over, black clothing, white helmet and a flouro bib with the logo ‘Pianist’ on the back.

Cheeky sod.

LOL, I have seen a similar guy with Bass Guitarist on the back of his bib on my commute in to work

well i havent seen my fave c0ck rider R7SOR For a while1 lol

Sure hes an arse, there are few of them up and down the M3 (actually could all be the same arse). Still I wouldnt wish a tarmec encounter on any rider, no matter how arsey the arseness they display…

Haha i was given one of those ‘Think Bike’ bibs by a copper in the Gants Hill Hein Gericke. He basically had a go at me for not wearing a Hi-Viz and gave it to me. It has the bikesafe logo on the front (thats what cop was promoting in Hein Gericke that day), so maybe this guy did a bikesafe and liked what he saw in the bike cops! :stuck_out_tongue:

It wasn’t this fella was it?

that man deserves to fall off the edge of the planet. SCUM.

I love the way they blank the number plate… I mean as if there is more than ONE of those in Herts!

That was who I was thinking of when I seen the first post. But then changed my mind when I read he was doing the limit…this guy is lucky if he even knows where the throttle is!

Have you also noticed that he is rarely seen these days?

This looks like the bike, can’t be sure it’s the same one but I remember the vertical stripes on the rear of the panniers.

Which is a longstanding member’s father’s bike as it happens. So a degree of tact may be appropriate hint hint.

That guy was convicted of embezzling charity funds I believe. It was in MCN recently.

I am in southampton and saw someone like that yest. a white tourer, 3 boxes with yellow dayglo tape around them to look like a copper. No writing.

Muppet.

Unless he has a genuine reason.

Which he probably doesn’t.

So ? I said like that bike, or are you suggesting there’s only one bike like that in the UK ? Nothing tactless about my comments. You’re not exactly one to be giving hints about being tactful are you !

Then again maybe it was him . . . if it was then my original post still stands . . . but we’ll probably never know.

whats your personal life got too do with it ???:stuck_out_tongue:
