Booked me '07 fizzer in for its 12k on monday, got an appointment wednesday. Dropped her off at 9am told they will need all day, 1.30 he rings and tells me “its ready now, but dont come for an hour as its a bit mucky so we’ll clean it”.
“Thanks very much” I retort, thinking of the 315 miles I did the day before and only imagining the bug splats. As it happened it took me over an hour to get there coz the damned district line was up its own arse again.
Got there at 2.30-ish, shiny bike waiting outside, paid and left and shes running like a dream.
Totally satisfied customer.
