Crashed my Rider2 on Tuesday trying to load new maps, one phone call to TomTom they sent me pre-paid P&P to return it on Wednesday, posted to them on Wednesday afternoon got it back this morning not only repaired but fully refurbed:) and at no cost to me even tho it was well out of warranty:)
Now thats what I call good customer service.
