I went to collect some breakfast on the bike from Sainsburys at Fenchurch St on Saty morning and parked in the bay in Mincing Lane. I wear different specs for riding and forgot them on my bike. When I got home 10 mins later I realised I had left them on my bike and they had probably fallen off. I had only had them 2 weeks, they weren’t particularly expensive but quite an irritating mistake. I rode back to the bay expecting them to crushed in the road somewhere.
Amazingly someone had picked them up, folded them together and placed them next to the kerb so noone could step or ride on them, so to that person whether it was a biker or someone eles I am really grateful - thanks.
