I took my bike for its 4000 mile service yesterday, very happy with the service provided. Sarah was very friendly and answered all my questions promptly. Price was very good too, quoted £145, but the price came to £138. Rang a few other dealers one wanted £160 the other £200.
Anyway I got the feeling the place was far more customer oriented compared to other main dealers.
Pleased I went there and I will definately go back for the next service. Only thing they could improve on would be to get insurance on their loan bikes for people with restricted licences.
