Popped by there yesterday , no booking, and asked politely if they could check and adjust my chain as it was rubbing on the exhaust ( don’t have a 32mm spanner ) which they did, I then had to insist on giving them a few quid. Good workshop, good guys, will definately go back.
They did some work on my bike, seemed good.
Yes Slocombes can be useful.
Although they were piss poor when I was after a particular new model a few years ago.
And I thoroughly recommend getting a socket set and saving a few quid each time you adjust your chain.
It all adds up and you’ll be the winner in more ways than one.
