ordered 2 crash helmet’s from them one for me one for my son & ordered dark & iridium visors as well

my crash helmet turned up & so did the extra visors I left it a week & nothing the second crash helmet hadn’t arrived so I sent them an email yesterday moring

I got a reply back after a few mins saying the helmet’s was supposed to be delivered direct from the importer & that the second one was out of sock & Race visors hadn’t been advised about it

so sorry pick another helmet & we will give you 30% discount or your cash back

picked another helmet that was a little over the 30% discount for the same money as the old choice & a spare iridium visor

got an email back this morning saying the helmet would be delivered tomorrow with the visor delivered on Friday & no extra cost don’t bother sending the dark visor back

my son is getting a better helmet than he choose & two visors cant complain about that me thinks

They have always been good when i use them or have a delivery problem.
