Car insurance due at the end of the month and I’m getting silly quotes (almost £800 for a car that’s only worth £1500) due to my bike claims. Spoke to Privilege and they don’t count motorcycle theft claims against your car premium as ‘it’s so easy to steal a bike that it wouldn’t be fair to penalize your car premium’.
I did phone back again just to double check and the lady read out the blurb from their handbook, so removing the theft has saved me about £170. Tried other insurers who all said that they did include bike thefts against car premiums, so well done to Privilege.
