Have to praise the people at Phoenix Distribution, the people who import and supply Arai in the UK.
The neck band recently cracked on my RX7 Corsair…not something that should happen on a £449.99 helmet. However the peeps not only lent me a loan helmet (not that I needed one 
) but returned my helmet not only repaired BUT they have replaced EVERY lining component of the helmet for free!!! Thats new cheek pads, new skull cap, neck lining and the chin lining too…about £100 worth
