Bought some new kit from there and got a 15% discount.

Had a small hole in Dainese base layers after two weeks of owning them, anyway stopped off whilst out hooning and they happily swapped them for a new pair :blush::blush::blush:

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they were obliged to refund or replace, still nice to know they did it without a fight.

Did you do the full Nick Kamen thing, strip off in the shop and hand them back slightly damp straight from wearing them under your leathers? They deserve more than a praise thread if they took em back no quibbles after that!
