For delivering on an obscure spare.
I recently lost one of the chin strap covers on my RPHA 11, and contacted the distributor (Oxford). They said it wasn’t a standard spare, but they’d contact the distributor, and I assumed that nothing would come of this. Last week they contacted me, saying that HJC had sent them a spare, and to give them a postage paid envelope. Sure enough I received the part. Good following up on everyone’s parts there, and thought it was worth mentioning.
