So, had a rucksack from them about 4-5 months now, use it every day. Completely waterproof until I noticed a hole had appeared where the glue or whatever they use to seal sections together had come away.
Looked on the net to find an email for them and as it happened, they are close by to Chertsey where I work. Thought let me go and pop in and see what they could do. I expected something along the lines of “leave it with us and we will repair it”
Completely wrong. The fella looked at it and said “very sorry sir, it seems as though the laser did not bond properly”.
He went into the warehouse and got me a brand new one… He did not as where I purchased it from, how long have I had it, receipt or nothing.
No questions asked.
