Praise J&S after sales.

OK I’ve admitted I may have acted a little quickly with the shame post. After receiving the wrong Jacket Tuesday through the post.

They called me yesterday and offered to put it right and delivered the right jacket this morning.

So it only took them two days to put right, I can return the wrong jacket whenever I get the chance as well.

So the lesson, wait, breathe in and give them a chance to fix it.
