Had a problem with my Caberg Konda lid, bought from Infinity two months ago. Went in and explained, Keith thought about it for a day and then phoned to say they could exchange it for a new one or put the money I’d already spent into a different replacement.
No fuss. No bull. Just good service. Thanks go to Dale, Johny and Keith.
Can’t be the holborn lot I work in the building above. Totally nice guys and did not try and well me bullsheep I didn’t need.
The problem was with the manufacturer’s work; NOT with Infinity. Dale, who got an honourable mention in my earlier post, is one the good guys you refer to at Infinity in Holborn.
The infinity staff were helpful and professional throughout.
