The zip on the HG summer trousers I bought on sale 5 months ago broke yesterday morning so I went to HG in Welling to see if they could do a replacement. Sadly no stock for that type of trousers left, so they went against the books and gave me a £30 refund on any other bits I bought in the shop instead, so I managed to get a pair of Taureg summer trousers instead. Very nice of them, no pressure and great service as always.
