Just wanted to say thanks to Paul, the Shop Partner at Hein Gericke’s Stockwell branch.
He’s a good bloke and sent my recently damaged Arai lid (Viper GT) back to Phoenix for damage checking last week.
I picked it up today and it was handed to me with a ‘No damage’ certificate! :D:D:D
Good news as I don’t have to go through the worry of ’ wearing a battered lid until I can afford a new one '!
Of course, the fact it came back with a clean bill of health wasn’t anything that Paul did, BUT, just after getting it, I wanted to protect my investment and bought some Venture Shield from the same shop; I couldn’t fit it properly, so took it back to the shop and Paul fitted it for me. As it turns out, the Venture Shield stopped almost all of damage to the surface of the helmet! (there was none to the liner BTW)
So, I’d recommend the shop and it’s cool staff, Arai helmets and Venture Shield - combined it’s even better
