I had my last bike a CBR125 2007 model serviced at Dobles last year and was impressed with the mechanical and customer service. Recently purchased a Hornet 2008 and added a few bits including a tank fuel pad to protect it from Dobles off eBay. It didn’t show up and after five days I left a message for Paul at Dobles, he replied quickly telling me it was at Royal Mail’s sorting office because they couldn’t deliver it. No card was left by Royal mail but two form of ID and I had it in my sweaty paw.
I phoned to tell Paul but it was his day off and his colleague obviously didn’t give him the message, he was on the phone after his day off trying to get hold of me again to sort out the problem. Considering it was a £12 tank pad, he was persistant in sorting out the problem!!
Hats off to him and the rest of Dobles, P&H motorcycles is closer to me but I’ll keep using Dobles for servicing. ( by the way nothing wrong with P&H either )
