Has anyone got any pics of a PCIII usb fitted to a k4 gixxer 1000? i think mine has the wrong connectors on it are the connectors under the seat? if they are the ones then mine don’t fit… HELP
Here are the fitting instructions, they connect under the tank.

Trouble now is the bike won’t start???it turns over ok, just won’t fire up, Where have i gone wrong? i checked all conections, once again, any advice from anyone please.
I would take out the part that you just put in and try to fire up without it. If it fires then the new part has got to be suspect.

Took the PC III off, plugged original conectors back together bike still only turns over but wont fire up, so think i have either pulled a wire or blown a fuse? looks like it’s mechanic time? Dam everthing was going so well!!
Check these things Neil:
- Engine stop button off?
- Bike in neutral?
- Any fuses blown?
- Any alarm/imobiliser active?
- Injector plugs uninstalled and originals re-connected?
- TPS wire tap uninstalled?
- PC Unplugged from battery?
- FI code warning on the clocks when ignition on/turning over?

You didn’t move the Bank angle sensor (little black box that rattles!)? They have a directional arrow on them which points up.

It’s usually near the fuse box and starter solonoid (depends on model). It has a rubber strap on it which is used to mount it of to a plastic tag.
When you turn the ignition on with the kill switch in the run position, can you hear the fuel pump run?
Yea the fuel pump is running when i switch on, do you think i have done anything to the ecu ?

Well Sparky came round today,he is a real nice genuine guy, started to check all my wireing, in the semi dark cold garage, with a nearly flat battery!! After a lot of testing, looks like the commander may have fried my ECU (GULP SOUNDS EXPENSIVE). So i’m gonna get onto powercommander uk and explain what has happened, and see what they say. So as of yet bike prob not resolved, sparky is gonna come back in the next couple of days, for further testing of my sick baby… my fingers are crossed.
