M4 eastbound junc 3 was closed for a bit this morning around 8:45. Looks like it was to recover a large scoot. Not sure if it was a breakdown or an accident. Looked like the rider was helping to push it to the hard shoulder. Hope everything was ok and that there was no accident or injury.
