Handing out free MOTs by the look of it, on the A11 Bow Road westbound just after Bow Road tube station. Lots of nice brightly coloured motorcycles there so behave yourselves!!!

It’s an old biker phrase which means ‘Stopping and checking bikes, and issuing tickets if they find anything wrong’. That’s what it looked like to me.
