Anyone have any idea why?

Was walking back to the cage and this chap opened the door of a BMW and he asked me if I wanted to buy some watches… you know how it goes “these are 500 quid in 'Arrods” etc… so I politely declined… few rows further on and another BMW door opens… another fella offering the same range of watches… so I said… “i didn’t want your mates watches, and I don’t want yours either thanks!”… “My mates watches, what do you mean?”… “Ermmm the guy 2 rows back with the Red BMW selling the same gear…”
With that he stormed over and they proceeded to knock seven bells out of each other. Guess they didn’t sell many watches that day
It`s the place they stop for a break.
Lots of ANPR vans about today as well guess its some sort of clamp down I spotted 4 in that area today and at least 15 un marked cars all parked up with the lights flashing 
good job hiding them then
I know there has been a clamp down task force out and about with Herts Police in the last couple of weeks.
They have been targeting White Van Men and have officers from DOT, Environment and Immigration on board.
I know a bloke who has been given a court appearance for having too much building waste in his van and no waste permit
They had car ports erected, mobile police station, mobile custody building etc
Never seen so many uniforms in one place 
Can’t be secret as they were too obvious 
lots of cops on the a24 too
They took over Brookfield Farm car park a couple of weeks ago doing the same thing (Custody Suite etc)
Krispy Kreams had never been so busy
