Dunno but the thief certainly was, can’t say I feel that sorry for him, but perhaps running him over was a bit extreme.
The excuse was the best bit "oops - skidded on some gravel - sorry bout that!"LOL

Step Two - If you go fubar on Step One, STOP RUNNING when given a lawful order to do so. If forced to chase you, most US Policemen are bringing an a$$ kicking with them. LOL

I think our Police are amazingly placid. Which is good and bad.
