Pleasant place to sit up on a Friday night.

Ok dokey, here’s another option for you all on a Friday night to sit up and talk bikes and crap. This is not an organised meet by LB or by myself in anyway - just thought I would share this location as I saw a load of Harley’s here last week.

Russell Street by the East Piazza of Covent Garden - it’s actually called ‘Culverhay’ on the map for some reason. It’s right next to the side of the Royal Opera House.

Google map here !

You’ve got a pub right next to it (Belushi’s - not sure if you can take drinks out of it later on though), a Starbucks which does close earlyish, a late opening corner shop for soft drinks etc and another coffee shop in Wellington Street which is a very late opener.

There is single yellow’s (legal parking after half 6) and a bike bay there too so we can avoid the threat of parking wardens.

There is plenty of passing eye candy for all sexes and genders !!

The only trouble with this place is that it does quieten down later on unlike Frith / Leicester Square. Also, If peeps start using this then if they start with the high revs / stunting etc then it wouldn’t be long before the local old bill woulod start paying attention - thats down to the individuals, though the locals coppers wouldn’t see it that way.

I was actually going to spread this by word of mouth but having been there last week, there was about 30 + Harley’s parked up from Surrey (they looked great).

Enjoy.

ive been told about this place before, think terry metioned it, just got home from leicester sq and clapham, will give it a try next week with the crew. cheers

Harley riders… Baz, you thinking of growing a beard, getting some chaps and getting tat’d up?

If I did have a spare 15 odd grand in the bank (will never happen) then I would buy one. As for the beard, nope, but the tats, already got em !!

Love em or hate em, they are amazing looking bikes and always turn heads.
