I don’t usually buy bike mags but I picked one up today whilst standing in a big post office que!

Has a breakdown of John M’s all conquering Honda Fireblade, a 500GP Replica road bike some guy built, The Virus multi swingarm prototype trying to make it into moto2 and some quite cool comparisons of old sports bike versus new…

The 916 Ducati was £12,800 in 94. The 1198 is £13,824 in 2011??? I can’t work out if the old one was expensive or the new one is cheap but pretty unbelievable there is only £1000 difference in 17 years!!

there was a good 2 page spread about john the man, his blade and interview with him in last weeks mcn. what a legend.

LoL…Interesting … errrm… I think that makes it a bargain!

If you haven’t checked out MCN Sport’s latest mag with Stoners face on the front I recommend reading that. A very decent read.

Funny… Superbike had a TWO page on the different between The “Iom” John McGuinness Blade, and the WSB fireblade. Interesting stuff, think is to do with the Fireblade being 20 years old soon.
