Peice of Fairing

While out with the Mutt this morning I spotted a peice of Blue Plastic Fairing at the junction of Hampstead / Euston Roads.

Nothing special…

until I notice the white lettering

I got a pack of Cigarettes in the Newsagents opposite the Old Capital Radio Tower and the Guy in there said there hadnt been an accident since he,d opened at 6am.

So I hope no ones been hurt or worse early this morning or last night !!
