Wow!! Now here’s a first!!
I have been working for this company for 3 months now and understand that I would be under review, however I got a letter this morning saying that due to my outstanding preformance over the past 3 months they wish to give me a pay rise!
What?? Pay Rise without me asking?? That is certainly a first for me!! 
who do you work for? what do you do? and anymore jobs?
