Quick question, can we park for free on the weekend in Westminster on a non motorcycle bay (car bay)
or a single yellow line?

It depends - you need to read the signs. Most bays are free on Sunday, but the rules on Saturday depends on where they are. There is some info on this on the Westminster website.
Be warned, when the bays are free, cars are allowed to use them also.
