I need to send back a monitor I am not happy with and it weights 10Kg, must go up to Manchester and was wondering what company I can use:), need minimal price.

Tried to get my money back, made it very hard.
But that could just be me, others may of had a decent experience. I personally wont use them again.

Have used Citilink, Citisprint, and whatever Parcel Force is called now. Not cheap but it gets there.
Might be cheaper to get on the bike and deliver yourself
see if a mate can send it back through their company thats what I do!!

steer well clear of them, fine if they send one of their couriers round to collect and i mean “if”!! impossible to contact if things go wrong, had to get a refund from paypal last time i used them - didnt want to know 
I use interparcel now - much better so far
They are utterly useless. Try a different service. I mirror those comments above, IF and only IF a courier turns up then their service is great. When the courier doesn’t turn up, you have to spend months and months chasing up a refund. W*nkers. I had to google and search for one of their owners email addresses and what do you know, I was refunded the next day. After about 3 months of chasing it up.
