so after the sv being in a state after the crash im still waiting on the claim to go through but have been shopping around for replacement parts. the problem im finding is the k3 panels in silver for my sv are hard to find in good nick.
so i thought it might be a good idea to get a whole new look only problem is i havnt got a clue how much this mifht cost. i know of dream machine but their prices are huge

I just had my SRAD resprayed by a friend of mine who did it for free because he is trying to put a little portfolio together of bikes he’s done so he can make a bit more of a living out of it. theres a bloke hu dus it day in day out by himself nd he is really good and very cheap . if ur interested in a basic spray then he charges about 350 -400 and for a race rep is double so quite a bit cheaper thatn dream machine . he’s called rpm racepaint

Lots of people chucked in the bike spraying thing, its a whole lota work and people dont wanna pay for it…

At the prices mentioned above why not just buy a race rep painted ABS replacement fairing from Hong Kong/China off fleabay. Heard good things about them on the R1 forum.

ive got a full set that are currently being sprayed for me, when they’re finished i’ll have a complete set in silver that are on the bike now being put in my loft.
they are not mint but presentable.

Some old mates who run a spray shop in suffolk in a village outside Bury St Edmunds, called Ingham. They are perfectionists and are quite reasonable as far as cost goes. OK its not in London but it is only an hour and twenty up the road in a car.

Try Boyz Toyz Paint in Rayleigh, Essex (gimme a bell if you come down). My mate got a very good quote from them for a complete respray of his ZX6R.
haha yeah it sure does ive already sorted the fairing with some fibre glass and filler shame the rest is looking rough at the moment but when im back from holiday ill start getting the money to get her sorted
