10mls morphine (IM)
20mls Pethadine (IM)
2 X DF118 (Dihydrocodeine)
2 X Paracetamol
2 X Ibuprofein
1 X Diclofenic sodium (Voltorol)
Does the trick quite nicely followed by a 20mls Morphine (IM) chaser after about 30 minutes to take the edge off a bit.
Spending a week on the above mixture was quite blissful with very little withdrawal symptoms. Strongely recommended.
