Hi all
I’m starting to seriously consider what to replace the stock exhaust on my 06 SV with.
Any recommendations? What do the SV riders of LB prefer?

Would all depend on your budget
My sons SV had a flame exhaust on it sounds nice
Lauren an SV twin needs that awesome sound to come to life! Get an Austin Racing GP series can…the smile will never leave you
what’s your budget?
Well for now, under £500? Would prefer around £300  Dunno if that’s reasonable, not sure on pricing at the moment…getting lost in **** quality youtube videos showing various exhausts on it ha.
I think I’d be happy with something cheaper as long as it’s really quite loud, sick of pedestrians not hearing me coming, doesn’t look shite (but anything has to be better than the stock exhaust haha) and has a nice deep beasty sound.
I’ve got this budget slip on can. It has removable baffle and sounds nice without it. Keep in mind, that if you will be getting slip on exhaust, you’ll need to cut off the stock one.

sounds like a job for scorch to me.
for cheap and loud, I’d go with Fuel exhausts
you could pick up a nice second hand one for less than £300
& if you can try to get a high level one & get rid of the pillion pegs
Blue flame sound really nice on SV’s and should be in your budget.
i thought you were already going shopping at Big D for your aftermarket exhaust … should cost you much less than that. unless you’re looking for the full system :ermm:
I’ve got a MIVV can on my SV, without the db killer it sounds LOUD.
Makes the rush hour lemming peds jump out of the way in the city

Metalred has Beowulf on her SV, not as loud as MIVV but good enough
with the baffle out.

Big D is a bike breaker. His collection of exhausts is quite impressive
