So I was playinmg GTA online last night and some dude was driving round the track in a dinosaur with the ability to kill people at will . Obviously I still won the race as I am demon fast but … How in the **** does he do that ???

In all seriousness, I believe these are downloadble skins mods that people have tweaked the software code to get… they should be available to download online. I’ve downloaded a few for other games but never bothered with GTA…
