the freaking thing is lesss than a year old:(:(
Think it happens to everyone who owns a set…pop into your local bike shop and im sure they will just act really suprised and give you a replacement…I know thats what I always did

Their guarenteed for a year? Pull them apart and chect the connections, grips usually last for years.
they have 2 years guarantee but only if you register your purchase (which i didnt) :(:(
i checked connections even flipped it around and still nothing only one of them working
ps i got good gloves ptim but once u had heated grips theres no going back;)
Throttle or clutch side? Every set of heated grips I’ve ever had eventually breaks a wire on the throttle side near the grip. It’s usually fixable once and perhaps twice with wire strippers and a soldering iron.
Oxford do replacement parts as well as the full kit. Perhaps easier to just buy a new grip.
I’ve had two sets of these on my bike in a year, both sets broke!! I un plugged them the other week and when I plugged them all back in they started working again!! and then stopped working again!! They seem to be very temperamental, they only seem to want to work in warm weather and not when it’s freezing cold when you really need them grrrr
