She doesn’t look like a very good driver, even in the clip she nearly hit a gate, and pulled away from the kerb while indicating with the left indicator…

I personally think that if you fail your test 5 times, you shouldn’t be allowed any more attempts. If you need to take 13 test’s, that’s nature’s way of telling you not to drive!!!
Doesn’t seem like a “natural” behind the wheel.
Perhaps if she shut up and engaged her brain to the task in hand there might be an improvement.
