Oil change ??

Just a quick question for those who use their road bikes for trackdays, how often do you do an oil change?

Do you just keep to the service schedule?

I normally change it every 3k (schedule says 6k) but with trackdays now in the mix should it be more often, my heart says yes but was just wondering.

You`ll need to change the oil more frequently if you do trackdays. I change the oil every 3 or 4 trackdays and the filter every other oil change.
