There’s a limit when it comes to going down the middle , someone could just be throwing a cigerette out and have there arm taken off , my opinion as someone who rides a motorbike and drives a car is that’s a step too far and he deserves what he gets for riding like a twat
Dont think is mounted on tank as i have one of them and looks more to side so perhaps on jacket somehow…
And i think the reason he rides like that because in Moscow you dont ride bike, bike rides you lol
