Spotted in the hills down in the South of France… whoops! 
I think it is two flags. A Euro flag behind, and Catalan flag in front.
Is that Magnum pi car.
Yup it is. Just shows that bit of rock is the size of a car!
This was opposite a bridge over a river that is decorated by flags on all the lap posts. It is the sort of thing that is common on most camp sites there.
