It appears my neighbour wasn’t content with trimming the few overhanging branches (and I mean a few sparse twigs) from a ‘little’ tree in my back garden. Last year she chopped the top out, I wasnt happy but lived with it. However this year has decided to come onto my property and chop it down a few inches from the ground! No evidence of my tree anywhere. It was here when I moved in and I have been watching it grow for four years.
I now know why noone speaks to her and thats her off my christmas card list.
I haven’t tackled her yet as still fuming. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Sit in your flat with the window slightly ajar and the blinds down…barrel of the pellet gun slightly through the open window…watching…waiting…when her fat ass appears on YOUR side of the properly line, shoot her right under the chin with the pellet gun…3…maybe 4 pumps…you just want it to sting like hell and leave a nice bruise.
Then watch to see if she is smart enough to associate trespassing with pain.
Well apparently as I said of course it was ok for her to cut the overhanging branches last year she thought that meant she had free rein this year. She is fecking nuts!
After a discussion cough she now is fully aware that this is NOT the case & what trespassing into the garden in future would entail.
Unfortunately KSG I had not read your comment at the time but I will bear it in mind
She obviously has psychiatric issues - going into a neighbours garden and making significant alterations to the foliage without permission is not normal behaviour. In other words she is a nutter.I guess the fact that she cut down your tree also implies that she possesses an AXE!!!
Seriously though - it’s probably worth making some kind of official complaint just so that it is on record - it was trespass and damage after all - then if this random behaviour escalates into anything more serious and you have to employ a solicitor etc you will be on firmer ground.
