something else to put on my must do list! there’s an author named Martin Pegler who has a guesthouse and does tours over there, fella really knows his stuff, he wrote the well known sniper book, ‘Out Of Nowhere’ the history of the military sniper, great book!
i passed over the Pegasus Bridge when i went fishing out in France, i hear there’s a museum right by it>? didn’t have time to stop:(

Ratty, yes there is it’s called the Pegasus Memorial, they’ve got a museum plus the original bridge, a bailey bridge, a reproduction glider and a section from one of the original gliders used to land near the bridge. Well worth a visit
