Guess thios kind of gear is seriosuly expensive. Amazing photos btw.
OOh, I’m jealous I have Nikon D200 (and a D40) and I love it to bits. It’s a bit old hat now but I love it’s ease of use as it’s semi-pro spec. I’ve got some great shots with it (not motorsport as I’ve never tried it but it’s a pretty quick cam so probably would be capable).
I’d love a D300s - enjoy.

I can tell you what cameras Bonnie (presume that’s who you mean) Lane uses as she shoots with me at the racing. Last year she upgraded from a Canon 40D to an old 1D mkII and so most of 09’s images will be from that.
I’ll pass your comments on when I see her next week 
prob not a bad thing that you got the nikon with the cropped sensor rather than full frame - paying for the extra reach on a full frame doesn’t do nice things to your wallet 
D300s or if you don’t want to spend too much money, the D90
