Had my first ride at night today, 75 odd miles from the south coast back home to Sudbury. A few observations:
- It’s great fun riding at night, especially on unlit roads. Less traffic, less distractions, more focus on riding.
- The normal lights on a Honda S-Wing are useless night, on an unlit road you have to use the long beam
- Fog is somehow much more real on a bike! It’s very there and very in your face, kinda scary at first
- The A32 going up the Meon Valley is an awesome road to ride, great place to practise turning at speed
I enjoyed that!
