Have just bought myself a CBR 600 and lovin it like nothing else! Only problem is that I have no idea where to go on it and have found myself doing a lot of main road riding (yawn) and wanting to try some more fun routes.
As a newbie on bikes in general I could be considered a somewhat conservative rider (a nice way of putting it that i am chicken s**t when cornering at speed) but still keen to find people to ride out with and so was wondering if there were some nice and friendly people that will show a novice the ropes…
I’m new to biking myself - but have to wait another couple of weeks for my bike to arrive. Looking to get out as much as possible when it comes. Where abouts are you - I’d be happy to join in if thats ok?
but i’ll have to wait for my bike! The pic i have is of the demo (street triple) which i had on saturday - mine’s due in a couple of weeks, but now wondering whether to tell them to wait one more week and get it on the new 57plate.
Know that feeling - decided i wanted to ride bikes about 2 months ago, took the test on Friday 13th July (of all dates) and had the bike 2 weeks later!!! Patience is not one of my strong points…

Newbie myself, very nice bunch of people on here, haven’t managed any meets or rides yet but am attending the Unity ride this Sunday so will hopefully catch up with a couple of people then !
