Adter 7 years and being one of the first members of visordown, I’ve been shown the door. No reason was given for the ban. Seems since TWO has taken over, things have changed. What was once a forum that prided itself on free speech has now turned into a heavily moderated place where talking about bikes is like speaking a foreign language.
So,does this site run by common sense but still have a sense of humour?
I’ve been to blighty twice now and enjoyed it both times. A WSB race at Donington and a trip to the TT didn’t hurt.
I’m on the west coast of Canada, about 20 miles east of Vancouver. Got a 950 KTM, which I’ll flog if it ever gets outta the shop
and a TE610 Husky which has been stone reliable. So far, the best deal for another bike is a new 06 Gix1000. I do however know of a 05 R1 with 10,000kms for cheaper.
Interesting bio there. We’re free and easy here, but perhaps more civilised than VD. Anything goes but personal attacks, we won’t tollerate that. There’s a healthy mix of bikes and social, but I think a balance has been hit on the head
