I’m a noob to LB but have been riding for nearly a year now. Commuting from Surrey to Central London is certainly a baptism of fire… especially when on day 1 whilst you’re sh*tting yourself filtering along the A316 thinking you’re going quickly, watching a growing queue of bikes behind you… a courier wallops it past you whilst hurling a fair bit of abuse.
Gladly that was almost a year ago and i’ve gotten the hang of things. Passed my DAS a couple of weeks ago and I’m just waiting for my insurance to lapse so I can get my first big bike. 
Why am I waiting for my insurance to lapse? Well, ‘the policy shop’ decided I was more of a risk having passed my test so wanted £43 for the remaining 6 weeks of my policy. They also ‘didn’t have time’ to quote me when I asked what my premium would increase to for 4 of the bikes that I was looking to upgrade to.
Absolutely without a shadow of doubt, the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
